If any potential recipient fails to provide proof of identity, proof of enrollment, is found to have violated the Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility requirements, or if the Contest is determined to be in conflict with any federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance, then the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded at Bugsnag’s sole discretion to an alternate entrant, subject to verification of eligibility.
